Due to the nature of products such as fragrance oils, essential oils, candles, personal care items, and DIY kits, order processing begins quickly after confirmation. Therefore, cancellations are strictly controlled to prevent operational loss and misuse.

1. GENERAL POLICY STRUCTURE

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters a workflow that may include verification, packing, labeling, and allocation of inventory. In many cases, especially for fast-moving items, this process begins within a short time frame.

As a result, cancellation requests are allowed only under limited conditions and are subject to approval.

Cancellation is not an automatic right and is governed entirely by this policy.

2. CANCELLATION WINDOW

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that:

  • The order has not been processed, packed, or dispatched
  • No shipping label has been generated
  • The order has not entered fulfillment workflow

Once any of the above stages are initiated, the order becomes non-cancellable.

3. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

The following orders are strictly non-cancellable under any circumstances:

  • Orders already processed or dispatched
  • Bulk or high-quantity orders
  • Orders placed during promotional or clearance sales (where applicable)
  • Orders involving special packaging or pre-allocation

These restrictions apply regardless of change of mind, delay expectations, or any other subjective reasons.

4. CANCELLATION REQUEST PROCESS

To request a cancellation, the customer must:

  • Share order details including order ID and reason for cancellation
  • Ensure the request is submitted within the allowed time window

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. All requests are subject to verification and internal review.

5. CANCELLATION APPROVAL

Cancellation requests are approved only if:

  • The request falls within the defined cancellation window
  • The order has not progressed into processing or dispatch stages
  • No operational cost has been incurred

The final decision regarding cancellation rests solely with Elvoria (Avika Prints), and the decision shall be final and binding.

6. CANCELLATION CHARGES

Approved cancellations may be subject to deductions, including but not limited to:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Processing or administrative fees
  • Any cost incurred prior to cancellation

These charges will be determined at the sole discretion of Elvoria.

7. REFUND ON CANCELLATION

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed after applicable deductions
  • Refund method may be:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit

Refund timelines depend on payment provider processing cycles and are not controlled by Elvoria.

8. SELLER RIGHTS

Elvoria (Avika Prints) reserves the absolute right to:

  • Cancel any order at any time without prior notice
  • Refuse cancellation requests that do not meet policy conditions
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or operational issues
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, liability shall be limited to refunding the amount received, where applicable.

9. INVALID CANCELLATION REASONS

Cancellation requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Delay expectations not aligned with stated timelines
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Failure to review product description before purchase

Customers are expected to make informed purchase decisions.

10. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the cancellation process may result in:
